Larry and Elaine have partnered with Interim Pastor Ministries for eight years. In that time, they have served in five Churches in IL, MI, WI, FL, and now in ND. IPM is serving in approximately 90 churches across the nation and in a couple of other countries. Prior to partnering with IPM, Larry and Elaine served in several churches in the Chicago area over a period of 40 years. Larry and Elaine have a passion to strengthen churches during the transitional period between Pastors. They have three children serving the Lord, ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Kalen Heller accepted the call as Pastor of Community Life at TBC in August 2016. Kalen grew up on a farm near Gackle where he attended elementary and high school. During his high school years, Kalen became a member of TBC, where he regularly attended youth group. Kalen is a graduate of the University of Jamestown and Denver Seminary (Master of Divinity degree, May 2014). He is married to Sarah, who now serves as a LPC with Valley Christian Counseling in Jamestown. Kalen and Sarah have one daughter.
Randy joined TBC as the Youth Director in the winter of 2018. Originally from rural Pennsylvania, he grew up in a small town where he learned to love the outdoors and developed a passion for people. Upon graduation from Cedarville University, Randy received a minor in Bible and valuable discipleship experience. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, baking, and spending time with others.
Lisa has been with TBC since January, 2018. She is a native of Jamestown, graduating from Jamestown High School and Jamestown College. She is married to Tom, and they have two grown children.
